Property Development
Our property development focuses it’s efforts on expanding the group’s land assets and developing them in a manner that meets the changing needs of the community. It strives to develop in an Eco-friendly manner, allowing for green public open areas and promoting an Eco sensitive approach.
Developments completed ranges from single middle income units up to luxury estates and includes our involvement in the following:
- Fraaisig, Knysna, Western Cape, 1994 – 110 middle income single residential erven.
- Cola Beach, Sedgefield, Western Cape, 1997 – 200 erven for luxury residential units plus 6 group housings.
- Strandloperkruin, Stillbaai, Western Cape, 2000 – 110 luxury single residential erven.
- Highlands Estate, Knysna, Western Cape, 2005 – development of an exclusive private group housing estate comprising of 20 erven.
- Amble Ridge Retirement Village, Knysna – Co-developer of Phase1 of a luxurious retirement village of more than 200 erven/units with frailcare facility, clubhouse and tennis courts.
