The S C Group also does extensive on site training and is a practising member of CETA (Construction and Education Training Authority). The group also invests considerably in Registered Learnership Programs as part of its upliftment initiatives.
We are extremely proud of one of our first female site agents, who started as a trainee and worked herself up through the ranks, to qualify as a B.Tech (Civil) graduate and can competently and confidently run her own site.
